She would overthink + be PARALYZED — so we got her to start taking ACTIONS [less think-y, more do-y!] before her brain could talk her out of it — and this built a PROOF BANK of celebrations that helped her to TRUST her decision-making moving forward.

And now?…

Jane trusts her own judgement, has CONFIDENCE in her ability to choose, and doesn’t require the opinions of others to make a move when she knows its right.
